Whitepark Ltd were hired in a BOLT Arrangement by the Government of Barbados to build a facility to house its entire judicial services. This state of the art building, will be completed in 2009 and when commissioned will have building management systems comparable or more advanced to any facility of its kind in the Caribbean.

In the wake of the success of its Projects, The Towers and Spanish Court, Guardian Life went to market with a new top of the line apartment complex La Fontaine. The extremely positive reaction in the marketplace to the sale offering of La Fontaine led it to be immediately followed by the La Riviera Project. Exeqtech is responsible for all elements of Project Management for these two projects including planning, design co- ordination, scheduling, tendering and contracts, procurement, construction supervision and commissioning. Occupation of La Fontaine commenced December 1999 and La Riviera December 2000.

The project entailed the construction of 120 luxury apartments and 6 penthouses on a green field site on the sea at Westmoorings. As Project Manager, Exeqtech was involved from the earliest feasibility and planning stages of the job through to its completion and handover to individual purchasers.
Construction of the 330,000 sq.ft complex took two and a half years. The completed project is considered a premier residential facility inTrinidad.

Spanish Court is a luxury townhouse complex with a classical spanish design set in the western Port of Spain suburb of Westmoorings. As Project Manager Exeqtech Ltd was involved in all stages of the planning, design and construction of the project which took some fifteen months to construct. All units were immediately occupied upon completion and the complex is considered a premier luxury townhouse complex.

• Fit Out Contractor

Exeqtech was hired by Udecott to complete and fit out the existing base building which had been vacant for a number of years.  Retrofit areas to ensure code compliance. Utilising the highest standards, the building has been upgraded to GORTT’s Outfitting Policy, some of these upgrades include CCTV, access control and voice/data systems to the end user requirements.

Exeqtech were the contractors in the Design Build contract of Atlantic’s Administration Facility. The 60,000 sq-ft building with multi-level carpark, Multi-use-Building, Guard House, STP etc was completed within 13 months. The challenging programme and adverse weather conditions did not prevent delivery of a top class facility on time.

FIFA took the decision to choose the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago as the site to host the 2001 Under 17 World Cup.

RGM Limited was appointed as the agency responsible for financing the project on behalf of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago.

PW Partnership Ltd, of which Exeqtech Ltd is a 50% percent shareholder was responsible as Construction Manager for all aspects of the design and supervision of construction of the four stadia. The project included the construction of the 10,000 seat Malabar Stadium, the 9,000 seat Union Park Stadium, the 9,000 seat Couva Stadium and the 7,000 seat Bacolet Stadium. All from green field sites.

Also included in the project was the refurbishment of the 22,000 seat Hasley Crawford Stadium, the premier facility in Trinidad and Tobago for athletic competition. The entire project was completed to FIFA specifications in eighteen months.

The Mutual/Fincor Joint Venture Partnership hired PW Partnership, of which Exeqtech Ltd is a 50% owner, to be project manager on the construction of the Ministerial Complex for the Government of Grenada. Located at the Botanical Gardens in St. Georges the capital of Grenada, this building added modern architecture to the beautiful landscape of the capital of Grenada. PW Partnership’s involvement centred on all aspects of project management inclusive of co ordination of design and procurement.

RGM Ltd agreed contractual arrangements with the Island Government of St. Maarten to construct a modern office facility for the said government. Built on reclaimed land in the famous Salt Pond in the centre of Phillipsburg, St. Maarten, it represents the largest structure constructed on the island. This project was completed in 2008.

RGM Ltd having secured a tenancy agreement with ALNG and NEMWIL, hired Exeqtech ltd to project manage the construction of an Office Building at the corner of Keate and Pembroke Streets, Port of Spain. A beautiful five storey building with an etched pattern on its façade, was completed on time and within budget. The building has a beautiful view of both downtown and uptown Port of Spain including the hills of the Northern Range.

FCB invited proposals for project management services in the construction of their new Corporate Headquarters, Savannah Court. Exeqtech’s involvement included the co-ordination of the designs and design team., and Project Scheduling. The construction of the building was finished well within the Budgeted Cost

Amoco Trinidad Oil Company invited proposals from interested Developers for a New Head Quarters building.  Exeqtech Ltd together with a local joint venture partner together with the architect prepared the  winning  proposal  for  our  Client,  RGM  Ltd.    A  joint  venture between Royal Bank, Guardian Life and The Mutual. The project was completed on time and on budget and met Amoco’s strict international quality standards.   Exeqtech as 50% partner in PW Partnership, was responsible for design co-ordination and construction supervision, and deeply involved in the planning of the project.  The building has been occupied by BP Amoco since April 1998.

BG having determined their need for additional office space, decided on a move to a recently constructed building on St. Clair Avenue, P.O.S.  Exeqtech Ltd was hired to Project Manage all phases of the outfitting requirement including coordination of migration to the new headquarters.  The design was carefully coordinated to properly depict British Gas’ corporate image of bringing energy to life.   This project was completed in a record ten (10) weeks and within budget.

ALNG continued drive to boost its reputation within the community of Point Fortin embark on the protection of Guapo Beach from further Coastal Erosion. Halcrow Inc was appointed as the agency responsible for modeling and subsequently designing for the Sea Defense Structures.
